The Synod of the Atlantic Provinces

The Synod gathers on the 3^rd Monday of October at 7:00 p.m.  In 2009, the meeting was at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Dartmouth

 

Council

The Synod Council meets at 10 a.m. on the 4^th Wednesday of April and of September, and at noon

on the 3^rd Monday of October, the opening day of Synod.

 

Presbytery of Cape Breton

The 1^st Tuesday of February and April, 4^th Tuesday of June; 2^nd Tuesday of September; 4^th 

Tuesday of November

 

Presbytery of Pictou

At 10 a.m. on the 3^rd Tuesday of January, March and November; at 6 p.m. on the 3^rd Tuesday of

May, June, and September.  Standing committees meet the Tuesday before.

 

Presbytery of Halifax and Lunenburg

The 3^rd Tuesday of February, June, September, and November.

 

Presbytery of New Brunswick

The 4^th Saturday in September and April, the 4^th Wednesday in November and February  and a

non-specified date in June.

 

Presbytery of Prince Edward Island

The 2^nd Tuesday of September, November, January, March,

May and the 2^nd Tuesday following General Assembly in June.
